Please find my Voki presentation here. I have been sick all week and decided to spare you from listening to my voice. Please let me know if it does not work.
Ok, so there were some problems! When you click on the link please hit "play" then the "next" arrow button. This should work now. :)
Thanks!!
I don't know how to start the voki presentation :( I clicked on the "play" button but the avatar just follow my cursor around :) What do I have to do?
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing that out! I just tried it myself. I also clicked the "play" button and nothing happened, but when I clicked on the "next" arrow it started to play. If that doesn't work for you let me know! :)
ReplyDeleteI like how you worked with the student to edit his or her own work. This can make the lesson more authentic and meaningful to the student. I also used an online interactive game as a strategy. If the student is engaged and having fun, sometimes they don't even realize they're learning.
ReplyDeleteExactly Brandy!
ReplyDeleteKylie, sounds like you have a really solid plan for supporting this student. I'm wondering what grade the student is in and how he was able to pass the exam (not sure what it's called)? How long has he been learning English? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThe student is in 6th grade. Are we you referring to how he is no longer an ELL Student? If so, that information was not disclosed to me, I was only informed that he was once an ELL student. However, from what I am observing I feel he could still benefit from the ELL services.
